PICK UP ORDERS
No minimum order value - order as much or as little as you wish.
Place your order before midday for pick up after 10.00 am the following day. Choose your goods from the online shop and then 'select cart' to check you have everything you need and to find out when your order will be ready for pick up.
We love it when you bring your own bag. We have lovely chilly bags if you forget, but it's always best to reuse bags you already own.
Want to bring a container for the meat you buy? We're very happy to do this (anything to avoid more plastic), with the proviso that we don't take responsibility for the integrity of our meat once we've put it into your containers - our returns policy doesn't apply.
DELIVERY ORDERS
Delivery orders must be over $40.00 in value.
Choose your goods from the online shop and then 'select cart' to check you have everything you need and to find out when we'll be delivering to your suburb.
We deliver all over Sydney - Metro, Wollongong & Berry, The Central Coast, Newcastle, The Blue Mountains, Bowral and Goulburn from Monday to Saturday.
If you're not home when we deliver, our driver will leave your box in a secure spot. You can also give us specific delivery instructions - leave a note at the check out.
All orders are packed in a cardboard box lined with wool insulation with frozen ice mats inside. Your produce will remain fresh and cold inside the box for at least eight hours or longer. Read all about these boxes and liners here.
We like to recycle our boxes as much as possible, so please don’t expect a sparkly new one. We observe strict hygiene protocols and sanitise our boxes and liners carefully after every use - so your box will be clean, but it might not be brand new. What goes around, comes around and the less waste, the better.
When you order for delivery, please leave out your previous order's box and ice mats and we'll pick them up, take them back to base, sanitise them and re-use them.
